live.krd lets you start your stream and watch together with your friends in real time. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use the app, why we handle it, and the choices you have. By using live.krd you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We keep the amount of information we collect to what the app needs to work. This includes:

• Email address — used to create and identify your account, and to sign you back in.
• Your password — stored only as a secure, one-way hash. We never see or store your actual password, and we cannot recover it for you.
• Username — how your friends find and recognize you in the app.
• Friends & requests — the connections you make, so you can stream and watch together.
• Live sessions & presence — when you go live or join a friend, we handle session details (such as your party code and whether you are online) to make watching together work.

Some of this information is also cached locally on your device so the app stays responsive even before it syncs.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to provide and improve the service: to sign you in and secure your account, to connect you with your friends, and to keep your sessions in sync across devices.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or ad targeting.

Streams & Third Parties

When you start a stream or watch together with friends, your device connects to our servers to deliver the session in real time. Your stream is shared only with the friends you choose — never publicly.

Data Storage & Retention

Your account information, friends, and session data are retained while your account is active so the app can function as intended. If you stop using live.krd, this information remains associated with your account until you delete it.

Your Choices & Account Deletion

You are in control of your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, under My live.krd → Delete Account.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once you confirm, your account, friends, and session data are removed and cannot be restored.

Children's Privacy

live.krd is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated within the app. Continuing to use live.krd after an update means you accept the revised policy.
